Jeofrey Bean and I had fun last weekend. We visited the studios at California State University, Fullerton to record a presentation for the new online version of the User Experience and Customer-Centered Design course that, like several universities, uses our book, The Customer Experience Revolution. Dr. Joely Gardner has been using our book as a central part of this curriculum since the book first came out in 2012. Full disclosure, Joely has been a good friend and colleague for many years and instrumental to the development of The Customer Experience Revolution.
It has been a blessing for Jeof and me to have had such success with the book, speak at so many events and meet so many wonderful people.
