Mr. Van Tyne is the VP of Product Strategy & Innovation at BlueHornet, helping organizations quickly and efficiently implement sophisticated, data-driven lifecycle messaging programs for rapid return on investment. Prior to BlueHornet, Sean was the User Experience Director at FICO, the global leader for Decision Management solutions, where he provides leaderships for teams across the US, Europe, and Asia. Prior to FICO, Sean was the AVP of User Experience for Strategy & Technology at LPL Financial, the nation’s leading diversified financial services company, where he helped identify and define new market segments and developed the product management, design, and agile development strategy.

Previously, Mr. Van Tyne was the Director of User Experience and Technical Communications for Marketing and Product Management at Mitchell International, the leading provider of technology, connectivity and information solutions to the Property & Casualty claims and Collision Repair industries. Prior to Mitchell, Sean was the Director of Product Design for Medibuy, the leading global B2B marketplace provider for healthcare buyers and sellers.

Mr. Van Tyne is the President of the Customer Experience Special Interest Group, founding board member of the The Customer Experience Institute and an adviser on numerous professional and corporate boards.
